Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Page 17 August 28,2020 <br /> 4808 Evergreen Way,Everett,Washington RGI Project No.2020-382-1 <br /> 13 ASSUMPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS <br /> Assumptions and limitations for this Phase I ESA are provided below and are intended to help <br /> manage any risks associated with the use of this Phase I ESA. <br /> 13.1 ASSUMPTIONS <br /> RGI has made the following significant assumptions while performing this Phase I ESA. <br /> Groundwater <br /> Detailed information regarding groundwater flow depth and direction beneath the Property was <br /> not available. Based on a review of available well logs and regional topography for the vicinity, <br /> RGI assumes that groundwater beneath the Property is as described in Section 2.3. If information <br /> regarding groundwater that contradicts this assumption becomes available, the conclusions of <br /> this Phase I ESA may be impacted. <br /> Historical Information <br /> In evaluating the Property, RGI has relied upon information from individuals and agencies noted <br /> in the Phase I ESA. RGI assumes that the information provided by these third-party sources is <br /> accurate,and has no reason to suspect otherwise. RGI makes no warranty or guarantee regarding <br /> the accuracy and completeness of these resources. <br /> 13.2 LIMITATIONS <br /> This Phase I ESA is intended for specific application to the Property, for the exclusive use of the <br /> Client and its authorized representatives. This Phase I ESA was prepared in a manner consistent <br /> with the level of skill and care ordinarily exercised by members of the profession currently <br /> practicing in the same locality and time, and under similar conditions. This Phase I ESA is based <br /> upon information obtained by RGI personnel and upon the condition of the Property and <br /> surrounding properties on the date of reconnaissance, supplemented by reasonably <br /> ascertainable information and data obtained by RGI. No other warranty or guarantee is implied <br /> or intended. <br /> Content of Interviews <br /> RGI accepts no responsibility for any deficiency, misstatements, or inaccuracies contained in this <br /> Phase I ESA as a result of misstatements, omissions, and misrepresentations or fraudulent acts <br /> of interviewees. In addition, potentially important interviewees are often unavailable or cannot <br /> be located within a reasonable project time frame. <br /> Conflict of Interest <br /> RGI has no present or contemplated future ownership interest or financial interest in the real <br /> estate that is the subject of this Phase I ESA.
