RGI is available to prepare a proposal <br /> to evaluate any changes, if needed. <br /> Environmental Regulations <br /> The conclusions of this Phase I ESA are based on local, state, and federal regulations in effect at <br /> the time the Phase I ESA was completed. Changes to applicable local,state, or federal regulations <br /> following completion of the Phase I ESA may impact its conclusions. RGI is available to prepare a <br /> proposal to evaluate any changes, if needed. <br /> Other Non-Scope Considerations <br /> This Phase I ESA is not intended in any way to address possible concerns related to biological <br /> agents, mold, wetlands, ecological resources, endangered species, cultural and historic <br /> resources, radon gas, asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), lead-containing paint (LCP), or any <br /> other items not specifically identified in this Phase I ESA (which are not required to satisfy ASTM <br /> E1527-13). <br /> 14 REFERENCES <br /> Apex Companies, LLC.
