She also spoke about <br /> increasing density and the difficulty of residential parking and traffic for some <br /> neighborhoods. She suggested the proposed ordinance be scaled in a way that <br /> would minimize the amount of parking and traffic impacts, and still meet some of <br /> the needs that have been identified in terms of allowing businesses to operate in <br /> our residential neighborhoods. She asked for a delay of any action pending the <br /> completion of rezoning work for single-family residential and possible <br /> implementation of a pilot project. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT—WORK CREW SERVICES • <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Moore, to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Department of Corrections <br /> K12110 Master Agreement that provides Work Crew Services. <br /> Council Member Vogeli clarified that the individuals performing the work would <br /> be serving community restitution under the supervision of the Department <br /> Corrections and would not be compensated.
