STORMWATER SITE PLAN <br />FEBRUARY 26, 2018 <br />MUKILTEO SCHOOL DISTRICT - TRANSPORTATION <br />2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />See description in MR1. <br />PAGE 6 <br />3. EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS <br />The transportation facility consists of a single building surrounded by parking and access. The <br />bus parking area is to the south of the building and covers approximately half of the site. The <br />area to be paved is currently brush and some trees with slopes to the south of approximately 5- <br />10 percent. The paved areas are above the native grade by about 5 feet. <br />4. ADJACENT AREAS <br />The site is south of Kasch Road, east of the Skills Center, west of a wetland corridor with the <br />Community Transit bus facility further to the east and north of commercial buildings. <br />S. CRITICAL AREAS <br />There are existing wetlands on the site. Wetland Resources, Inc has documented them in a <br />separate report. <br />6. SOILS <br />See previous soil description in MR1. <br />7. POTENTIAL EROSION PROBLEM AREAS <br />There are no potential erosion problem areas. <br />8. CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE & PHASING <br />There will be no phasing. <br />9. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />A Construction Schedule is located on the plans. <br />10. FINANCIAL/OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Mukilteo School District is the project owner. <br />11. ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS <br />No erosion control engineering calculations have been prepared. <br />12. EROSION CONTROL SPECIALIST <br />With less than 1 acre of disturbance construction will not require a certified erosion control <br />specialist.
