No additional comment. Egress: 4. No additional comment. 5. Doors 104a & 105a, occupant load sign for Room 108: This comment has not been complete addressed. The original comment addressed panic hardware and swing directions for exiting doors. The following comments should be addressed.: a. Door 104a required panic hardware per the original comment. The Interior Door Schedule on Sheet A2.2 has not been revised. Note that the schedule does specify hardware for Door 108a, but this door is not specified in the Floor Plan on Sheet A2.1. The drawings should clarify if these are the same door and be revised as needed. b. The Floor Plan on Sheet A2.2 specifies the new Door 104a into Room 108 with an inward swing. All new doors shall swing in the direction of egress travel. See IBC Section 1010.1.2.1. Note that only a single door is required at this location. c. Door 105a appears in the Interior Door Schedule on Sheet A2.2, but is not specified in the Floor Plan on Sheet A2.1. The drawings should be revised as needed. d. The Floor Plan on Sheet A2.1 shall specify a maximum occupant load sign for Room 108 near the main exit. See IBC Section 1004.3.
