Existing Public Facilities and Services ® The proposed project <br />shall be designed to not adversely impact the following public <br />facilities and services: <br />a) Existing streets and' other transportation systems; <br />Finding: The existing? streets are classified as Local <br />Access streets The proposed short subdivision will add <br />10 additional vehicles, to the existing streets This short <br />subdivision will require frontage impro ved to City <br />standards In lieu of providing the required frontage <br />improvements the applicant may pay a fee in lieu of such <br />Improvements A traffic mitigation fee will be required <br />for one additional lot 0900, 00). <br />Conclusion: The short subdivision frontage is <br />improvement to City standards <br />b) Existing utilities system; <br />Finding: The City has capacify in its existing utility <br />systems to provide service to this project <br />Conclusion: The additional lots created will not impact <br />the City'T existing utilities system. <br />c) Police, Fire, Parks, and Schools. <br />Finding: The Police, Fire, and Parks Departments have <br />commented that the ,aroposed project will not affect <br />service. The Everett School District stated this project <br />would not adversely affect the District's ability to <br />provide school facilities The District is not requiring a <br />mitigation agreement for the cost of additional classroom <br />Space. <br />Conclusion: There is no significant impact on public <br />services from this project. <br />10.
