Landscaping Standards - The proposed project and design <br />shall meet the landscaping standards as established by this <br />Ordinance, <br />Finding: The proposed short subdivision is not required to <br />pro vide landscaping per EMC 18, 28, 080, , <br />Conclusion: The proposed landscaping will meet Code <br />requirements <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett hereby GRANTS <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL of Short Subdivision #11-003 with the <br />following conditions: <br />1.
