Element 3: Control Flow Rates (2.1.3) <br />Will you construct stormwater retention and/or detention facilities? <br />Yes, a sediment trap will be constructed. <br />Will you use permanent infiltration ponds or other low impact development (example: rain <br />gardens, bio-retention, porous pavement) to control flow during construction? <br />No. <br />List and describe BMPs: C240 — Sediment Trap <br />Installation Schedules: Install prior to earthwork activities; however, if all work can <br />be completed during dry weather and permission is <br />granted by the city of Everett inspector prior <br />commencement of work, the sediment trap may be <br />omitted. <br />Inspection and Maintenance plan: Inspect weekly and after each rainfall event. Remove <br />sediment from trap when it reaches one foot in depth. <br />Repair any damage to the embankments or slopes. <br />Responsible Staff: Contractor's CESCL - TBD <br />
