The dimensions are different for the location of additions and for the existing structure. 2. The foundation plan shows new construction as existing. Please correct. Provide detail for the connection of the new foundation to the existing foundation. The area of floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall be sloped to facilitate the movement of liquids to a drain or toward the main vehicle entry doorway. Show requirement on the plans. Provide 6 mil black vapor barrier in crawl space with edges lapped minimum 12 inches. Show requirement on plans. Provide minimum 18" x 24" crawl space access. Show location on foundation plan. If access opening is in the floor, show the location on the main floor plan.
