Please review and respond to the comments below. <br />The foundation plan on sheet S1.0 does not match the floor plan on Sheet <br />2.0. The dimensions are different for the location of additions and for the <br />existing structure. <br />2. The foundation plan shows new construction as existing. Please correct. <br />Provide detail for the connection of the new foundation to the existing <br />foundation. <br />The area of floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall <br />be sloped to facilitate the movement of liquids to a drain or toward the main <br />vehicle entry doorway. Show requirement on the plans. <br />Provide 6 mil black vapor barrier in crawl space with edges lapped <br />minimum 12 inches. Show requirement on plans. <br />Provide minimum 18" x 24" crawl space access. Show location on <br />foundation plan. If access opening is in the floor, show the location on the main <br />floor plan. <br />Tan <br />Provide note on drawings "Minimum %2" x 10" anchor bolts at not more <br />48 inches on center with minimum 7 inch embedment. Minimum 2 each <br />piece and within 12 inches of each end of each piece. Minimum 3" x 3" x %" plate <br />washer on all anchor bolts". <br />Stub -out #4 rebar at maximum 18" O.C. at all concrete landings at <br />terior entrance/exits.
