0 Task 3: Attach Project Specific Stormwater Site Plan (required) <br />See City of Everett standard drawings #100-104 for stormwater site plan requirements and <br />examples, including a Temporary Erosion & Sediment Control (TESC) plan example and <br />drainage plan example, available online at: <br />everettwa.gov/1531 /Design -Construction -Standards <br />0 Task 4: Attach Topographic Survey (required for some projects) Not required <br />A topographic survey prepared by a registered land surveyor, civil engineer or other <br />qualified professional is required if your project site includes steep slopes, critical areas, <br />flood or geologic hazards or at the discretion of the stormwater reviewer. <br />Task 5: Attach Declaration of Covenant and Grant of Easement Not required <br />qWTo ensure future maintenance and allow access for inspection, any On -Site Stormwater <br />BMP (MR #5) constructed as part of the project must have a Declaration of Covenant and <br />Grant of Easement.
