• <br />STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br />The following subsections address MR 41-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br />corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br />information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br />MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br />The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br />to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br />This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br />significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br />Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br />Provide description of existing site conditions: <br />The site is currently developed with four school buildings, sports fields, paved play areas, driveways and parking. <br />The proposed project area is currently developed with as a paved play area. <br />Describe existing structures (location, type): <br />To the east of the proposed portable location there are two existing portable buildings. An existing school building is <br />located north of the proposed portable location. <br />Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): <br />The existing paved play area where the portables will be placed slopes gently to the south towards an existing lawn and ph <br />field. A lawn area is also located to the west of the paved play area and slopes towards the southeast. <br />Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br />As previously mentioned the portables will be placed on an existing asphalt play area. <br />Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quanity ft2): <br />Existing lawn areas are located south and west of the existing asphalt play area. <br />City of Everett Public Works <br />Small Project Stormwater Site Plan Report -Dec 2019 <br />
