The more information provided in these subsections typically corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. Task 1: Describe existing site conditions Provide description of existing site conditions: The site is currently developed with four school buildings, sports fields, paved play areas, driveways and parking. The proposed project area is currently developed with as a paved play area. Describe existing structures (location, type): To the east of the proposed portable location there are two existing portable buildings. An existing school building is located north of the proposed portable location. Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): The existing paved play area where the portables will be placed slopes gently to the south towards an existing lawn and ph field. A lawn area is also located to the west of the paved play area and slopes towards the southeast. Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): As previously mentioned the portables will be placed on an existing asphalt play area. Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quanity ft2): Existing lawn areas are located south and west of the existing asphalt play area.
