It would be paid out at the end of 2022 and be <br /> calculated at a percentage of their base pay. <br /> • Upgrade on-duty uniforms and vests. <br /> Council Member Murphy stated that strategies could be funded from staffing <br /> shortages as well as funds from the American Rescue Plan (ARPA) could assist with <br /> the ongoing concerns and potential improvements moving forward. <br /> Council Member Murphy moved to continue to work with the Mayor Cassie <br /> Franklin, Deputy Mayor Nick Harper and the Police Chief Dan Templeman to <br /> formalize the recommendations, put budget dollars together with the <br /> recommendations and bring back to Council over the next several weeks while <br /> working through the budget process. Council Member Tuohy seconded the <br /> motion. <br /> Council Member Bader wanted to mention challenges around a certain motel on <br /> North Broadway and ask the Administration could get back to Council for a motion <br /> to request that was made several weeks ago regarding amending the "No Sit, No <br /> 3 <br />
