Concepts for protecting existing infrastructure during construction, and for <br /> repairing the liner consistent with the requirements of the Owner's Project <br /> Criteria (Exhibit B) <br /> h. Discussion of testing approaches and criteria that will be used to validate <br /> completed improvements and reservoir liner integrity, consistent with the <br /> requirements of the Owner's Project Criteria (Exhibit B) <br /> Sketches and figures to illustrate design and construction concepts <br /> j. Concept-level details for repairing girder supports and beam supports <br /> After completion of field investigations, but prior to submittal of the draft Basis of Design Report, <br /> the Design-Builder shall conduct a Design Approach/Concept Workshop with the City to present <br /> the Design-Builder's proposed approach(es) and concept(s) for design and construction of <br /> Project improvements. This workshop is intended to solicit early City input on problems and <br /> solutions identified by the Design-Builder, to be reflected in the draft Basis of Design Report. <br /> Furnish an electronic copy of any workshop materials and handouts to the City in advance of <br /> the workshop, in Adobe PDF format. <br /> Furnish an electronic copy of draft meeting notes and decision and action logs resulting from the <br /> workshop to the City for review in Adobe PDF and native formats. Revise and submit final <br /> copies of meeting notes, decision and action logs addressing City comments. <br /> Submit a draft Basis of Design Report for City review and comment. Submit a final Basis of <br /> Design Report with corresponding responses to City comments, including how they were <br /> addressed or not addressed in the final Basis of Design Report. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Workshop materials and handouts <br /> 2. Draft and final workshop notes, decision log, and action log <br /> 3. Draft and final Basis of Design Report <br /> Subtask 4.2 - 60 Percent Design <br /> Design-Builder shall develop and submit a draft 60 Percent Design Submittal to the City for <br /> review and comment. The 60 Percent Design Submittal shall include all documents, drawings <br /> and specifications required under this task or identified as being submitted along with the 60 <br /> Percent Design Submittal under other tasks. At a minimum, the Draft 60 Percent Design <br /> Submittal shall include: <br /> 1. Narrative description of revisions to the design and construction concepts since the <br /> Design Approach/Concept Workshop, including any revisions to design criteria, and <br /> rationale for changes <br /> 2. Reservoir 3 cover structural repairs/improvements design, including <br /> a. Design criteria for cover repair/improvements <br /> b.
