Preliminary Self-Performance and Subcontracting Plan, identifying work packages <br /> planned to be self-performed and subcontracted, the value of each package, whether <br /> those packages are being procured competitively or sole sourced, description of <br /> approach to procurement for competitive packages, and identity of subcontractor for <br /> sole sourced packages. Plan shall identify plans for local and WMBE outreach and <br /> subcontracting. <br /> 14. All QA/QC Review documentation, including signature pages documenting <br /> completed reviews, and if requested by the City, reviewer comments and design <br /> team responses. <br /> 15.
