All QA/QC Review documentation, including signature pages documenting <br /> completed reviews, and if requested by the City, reviewer comments and design <br /> team responses. <br /> 6. Plans and specifications consistent with issuance for construction, including at a <br /> minimum the items identified in Table 3. <br /> Table 3. Final Design Package (stamped and signed) <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1. The City will prepare Division 0 and Division 1 specifications, and provide to the <br /> Design-Builder for inclusion in the Project Specifications. <br /> Task 5—Cost Modeling and Scheduling <br /> Subtask 5.1 —Cost Model Development <br /> The Design-Builder shall develop a draft cost model for the Project for review and approval by <br /> the City. The intent of cost model development and review is to have the City and the Design- <br /> Builder agree on the format for presenting cost models that will be used consistently throughout <br /> the Project, so that the City can easily track the evolution of estimated costs through the Phase <br /> 2 Proposal. <br /> The cost model shall use an "Open Book" approach such that all costing details are transparent <br /> and openly shared with the City. Costs shall be broken down to show labor, equipment and <br /> Page 11 of 15 <br />
