Labor and expense costs for engineering construction support consistent <br /> with the Phase 2 professional services billing rates included in Exhibit E <br /> of the PDB Contract. <br /> c. The proposed Contract Price and breakdown consisting of the proposed Cost <br /> of the Phase 2 Work (including the Design-Builder's contingency), the <br /> Design-Build Fee, the Construction General Conditions Fee, and Pass- <br /> Through Costs (if any). <br /> d. All other proposed Contract Price assumptions and clarifications on terms <br /> and conditions used not covered in the preceding items in this section <br /> e. A list of work activities, expenses and fees not included in the Contract Price <br /> which the City may be expected to pay for <br /> After delivery of the Phase 2 Proposal, the Design-Builder will meet with the City for a technical <br /> meeting to present, review, and answer questions about the content of the Phase 2 Proposal. <br /> The Design-Builder will continue to revise the Phase 2 Proposal as needed and conduct <br /> additional workshops and meetings as needed to obtain City agreement. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Phase 2 Proposal and revisions <br /> Task 7 -Additional Phase 1 Services [Allowance) <br /> The City may request that the Design-Builder perform potential additional Phase 1 services, for <br /> which the Design-Builder shall be compensated on a negotiated basis.
