For personnel covered by the General Conditions <br /> Fee but not covered by such agreements, customary benefits such as sick leave, <br /> medical and health benefits, holidays, vacations and pensions paid by the Design- <br /> Builder, to the extent such costs are based on wages and salaries paid to <br /> supervisory and administrative personnel of the Design-Builder. <br /> — The reasonable cost of vehicles, travel, accommodations, and meals for the Design- <br /> Builder's personnel necessarily and directly incurred in connection with the <br /> performance of the Phase 2 Services. <br /> • Field Office(s) for Design-Builder Staff(also for General Contractor if Design-Builder <br /> is not the General Contractor). All work associated with establishing, operating, and <br /> demobilizing Design-Builder's Site Office including, but not limited to: <br /> — Design-Builder field office mobilization and demobilization <br /> — Office trailer rental <br /> — Office furniture and equipment <br /> — Office janitorial <br /> — Office supplies <br /> — Office Computers, software, and maintenance <br /> — High speed internet service <br /> — All jobsite communication tools, equipment, and services for the Project including: <br /> • Cellular phones, and cellular phone service, including long-distance calls <br /> • Telephones, and telephone service, including long-distance calls <br /> • Jobsite radios <br /> — Copy machines, fax machines, printers, scanners, and paper shredders for onsite <br /> document reproduction <br /> — Document reproduction services (off-site or custom) <br /> — Postage, courier, and express delivery <br /> — Accounting and data processing costs <br /> — Job travel, including fuel and vehicle (for staff described above as Supervisory and <br /> Administrative Personnel) <br /> — Scheduling expenses <br /> — Job meeting expenses <br /> • Construction Supplies and Support Areas <br /> — Temporary parking and laydown areas both on and/or off-site, including rental areas <br /> — Storage facilities, both on and off site, whether owned or rented <br /> — Incidental construction equipment, small tools, and consumables not customarily <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
