Permit documents indicate that the house was moved from 2531 Madison St. under permit # 2140 issued <br />11/04/1964. <br />2. Permit # 2141 was issued 11/05/1964 to construct a concrete basement/foundation beneath the structure that <br />had been moved to the site. <br />3. An application for Water service was found dated 11/18/1964. The application indicates ONE bathroom only. <br />4. A plumbing permit was found dated 2/23/1965 that indicates ONE clothes washer, ONE water closet (toilet), <br />ONE kitchen sink, and ONE wash stand (utility sink) were permitted and installed within the moved structure. <br />My research indicates that the building located at 6214 Broadway is recognized and permitted as a single family dwelling <br />ONLY. I was at the property on 11/22/19 regarding <br />uncontained garbage —when a male told me he was the tenant in the lower unit. I have attached a photos taken <br />through the entry door which shows a kitchen and finished space. My notes from reviewing the permit history are <br />copied below. The County is taxing the property as if the basement contains 800 sf of finished space — but I do not see <br />
