B. National Obiectives The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the 2021 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. Appropriate subcategory and matrix code under the CDBG National Objectives: Housing; 14A Rehabilitation: Single-Unit Residential 24 CFR 570.202(a)(1) or 42 USC 5305(a)(4) Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: Home Repair assists low-income elderly homeowners and adult homeowners living with a permanent disabilities, with health and safety repairs to their homes. C. Performance Monitoring The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and performance standards required herein through quarterly reports and site visits. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute non-compliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the City and after being notified by the City, contract suspension or termination procedures will be initiated.
