Furnishing and placing Buoyancy Warning Tape above the pipes, as indicated on the Plans. ' 3. Installation of pipe anchors and pipe cutoff walls, where indicated on the Plans. 4. Temporary and permanent thrust blocking and dead man blocks, and temporary and permanent restraint systems. ' 5. Ethafoam pads or sand backfill between these installations and any existing watermains or other pipes encountered. 6. Maintenance of existing CSO pressure mains. ' 7. Maintenance, restoration and/or relocation, if required, of existing culverts, storm drainage pipe, other utilities and structures affected by construction that are to remain. 8. Abandonment of existing CSO pressure mains,where indicated on the Plans, including cutting, draining and properly disposing, and plugging pipe at each end with a minimum of 2-feet of Commercial concrete or CDF. Include the concrete or CDF work with this work with no direct compensation being made. 9. CCTV inspections and flushing and cleaning of the lines. ' 10. Trench excavation bedding and backfill will be paid for under other bid items and are not included in this Work. Partial Payments will be made for the per linear foot pipe contract price as follows: 1. A total of 15% of the total bid cost will be made based upon required material submittal and acceptance and procurement of the pipe. Payment will be prorated on a per LF basis of pipe procured to the total pipe quantity. 2. A total of 25% of the total bid cost will be made for delivery to the project or approved staging and storage area, inspection and acceptance of the pipes, and inspection and approval of the material storage method and location, by the Engineer. 3. The remainder of the payment will be made per linear foot of installed pipe for completion of installation, testing and acceptance, CCTV inspections, and flushing and cleaning of the lines of the installed pipes as described above. Bid Item 23 - FRPP Sanitary Sewer Pipe, 42 In. Diam. Measurement and Payment: Linear Foot (LF) Unit cost per linear foot pipe measurement shall be based on the slope distance from point to point. The point of beginning or ending of measurement in any particular run of pipe shall be the vertical intersection of the centerline of the pipe measured with the centerline of the intersection pipe, or with the beginning or ending of any new linear length of valves or couplings contained within the measured length. At changes in pipe size connected by a reducer, the point of measurement shall be taken as the midpoint of the reducer. The unit contract price shall constitute full compensation for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to furnish, install, pressure test and CCTV inspect the pipe, restrained joints (where shown on the Plans or as required by the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions), including all fittings, including tees, crosses, reducers, couplings, and sleeves required for complete installation along the run of each pipe size, as shown on the Plans and specified herein, ' and additionally, shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1.
