CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> WSDOT/APWA "2021 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction", as <br /> amended, hereinafter referred to as the "Standard Specifications." <br /> The Standard Specifications, as modified or supplemented by these Special Provisions, all of <br /> which are made a part of the Contract Documents, shall govern all of the Work. The following latest <br /> edition of other specifications and standard plans shall apply to the extent to which they are called <br /> out in the Contract Documents: <br /> 1. City of Everett "Design and Construction Standards and Specifications", latest edition as <br /> found on the Web at http://everettwa.qov/DocumentCenter/View/243 <br /> 2. "Standard Plans for Road and Bridge Construction", as prepared by WSDOT. I <br /> 3. "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD)." <br /> 4. APWA Standards. <br /> 5. AWWA Standards. <br /> Each Provision of these Special Provisions either supplements, modifies, or replaces the <br /> comparable Standard Specification, or is a new Provision. The deletion, amendment, alteration, <br /> or addition to any subsection or portion of the Standard Specifications is meant to pertain only to <br /> that particular portion of the section, and in no way should it be interpreted that the balance of the <br /> section does not apply. <br /> Sections and subsections in the Special Provisions labeled under the headers with (******) indicate <br /> City of Everett Provisions. <br /> Several types of Special Provisions are included in this contract; General, Region, Bridges and <br /> Structures, City of Everett, and Project Specific.
