CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> IDivision Section Submittal Submittal Date Requirements <br /> 1 1-08.3 Project& Progress Preliminary Schedule due within 2 working days upon receipt of the <br /> I Schedule Notice to Proceed (NTP). Schedule shall include a timeline for <br /> procurement of pipe materials. Updates and submittals as required. <br /> 2 2-09.3 Health and Safety 7 Calendar days following NTP or at Preconstruction,whichever <br /> I Plan occurs first. <br /> Material handling <br /> and Stockpile Plan <br /> I 2-09.3(3)D Shoring, Cribbing, 7 Calendar days following NTP or at Preconstruction,whichever <br /> and Cofferdams- occurs first. <br /> Shop Drawings <br /> I 7 7-05 Manholes, Inlets, Materials-Catalog Cuts or Standard Plans due within 7 Calendar <br /> Catch Basins, and days following NTP or at Preconstruction,whichever occurs first. <br /> Drywells <br /> I 7-08 Pipe installation Materials Catalog Cuts or Standard Plans and preliminary <br /> and materials dewatering plans within 2 working days upon receipt of NTP. <br /> submittals, <br /> dewatering plans <br /> I and, bypass <br /> pumping plans, <br /> 7-17 Sanitary Sewers Materials-Catalog Cuts or Standard Plans within 2 working days <br /> upon receipt of NTP. <br /> I7-20 Sanitary Sewer Materials-Catalog Cuts or Standard Plans and preliminary <br /> Force Mains dewatering plans within 2 working days upon receipt of NTP (also <br /> refer to 7-08&7-17). <br /> I System bypass pumping plan 7 Calendar days following NTP or at <br /> Preconstruction,whichever occurs first. <br /> I 8 8-01 Erosion Control TESC Plan and related submittals 7 Calendar days following NTP or <br /> j at Preconstruction,whichever occurs first.. <br /> IDeviations from Standard Plans will be subject to a Working Drawing submitted by the <br /> Contractor and approved by the Engineer. Where a Working Drawing is required by the <br /> Specifications, related Work performed prior to completion of the Engineer's review of the <br /> Ipertinent submission will be the sole expense and responsibility of the Contractor.*** <br /> Supplement 1-05.3 by adding the following: <br /> 1-05.3(1) Submittals <br /> (******) <br /> I Where required by the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall submit information, such as <br /> Working Drawings that will enable the City's Representative to advise the City whether the <br /> Contractor's proposed materials, Equipment or methods of work are in general conformance <br /> I to the design concept and in compliance with the Plans and Specifications. Approval or <br /> acceptance of a Submittal does not relieve Contractor from complying with Contract <br /> requirements. The City's approval of a Submittal does not constitute a waiver of the Contract <br /> I requirements. The City will not be obligated to accept or pay for Work performed by the <br /> Contractor that may be affected by materials, Equipment, or methods of work not submitted <br /> in a timely manner so that final review can be accomplished before the affected Work is <br /> complete.
