The City's approval of a Submittal does not constitute a waiver of the Contract <br /> I requirements. The City will not be obligated to accept or pay for Work performed by the <br /> Contractor that may be affected by materials, Equipment, or methods of work not submitted <br /> in a timely manner so that final review can be accomplished before the affected Work is <br /> complete.
