CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS O ISIONS <br /> Contractor shall submit a written progress report within five days following this meeting, 111 <br /> comprising: <br /> The current construction schedule indicating percent complete, actual completion or start <br /> dates since the previous review, the estimated remaining duration for each activity in progress, <br /> Schedule of Values update, and narrative summary. <br /> Reasons any activities are behind schedule and the corrective steps being taken. I <br /> 1-05.19(3) Cooperation with Others <br /> The Contractor agrees to permit entry to the work site by the City, its employees or other <br /> contractors performing Work on behalf of the City. The Contractor shall afford to the City, <br /> other contractors and their employees, reasonable facilities and cooperation and arrange its <br /> work and dispose of its materials in such a manner as to not interfere with the activities of the <br /> City or of others upon the site of Work. The Contractor shall promptly make good Contractor- <br /> caused injury or damage to persons or property that may be sustained by other contractors <br /> or employees of the City. The Contractor shall join its Work to that of others and perform its <br /> Work in proper sequence in relation to that of others. I <br /> If requested by the Contractor, the City will arrange meetings with other contractors performing <br /> Work on behalf of the City to plan coordination of construction activities. The Contractor shall <br /> inform itself of the planned activities of other contractors and will coordinate its Work with the <br /> other contractors. <br /> Contractor shall notify the City of problems, interference or any difficulty with other contractors <br /> or workers engaged by the City. The Notice shall be sufficiently prompt and specific so as to <br /> allow the City to mitigate or avoid increased costs, time of performance, damages or injury. <br /> Contractor's failure to provide such Notice in a timely way shall be deemed a waiver and <br /> release of any and all Contract Claims relating to, arising out of, or caused by, any alleged <br /> interference, difficulty or problem with another contractor or worker engaged by the City. <br /> SECTION 1-06 CONTROL OF MATERIAL <br /> Supplement Section 1-06 as follows: <br /> References to materials shall also mean Contractor furnished Equipment, if any, as specified <br /> in these Special Provisions <br /> 1-06.1 Approval of Materials Prior to Use <br /> Revise the first paragraph of 1-06.1 to read as follows: 111 <br /> Prior to use, Contractor shall notify the Engineer of all proposed materials. Contractor may <br /> use the Qualified Product List (QPL) and the Aggregate Source Approval (ASA) Database. <br /> Contractor shall use the Request for Approval of Material (RAM) form. <br /> Supplement 1-06.1 by adding the following: <br /> Contractor shall provide product data, when specified, in accordance with 1-05.3(1) <br /> SUBMITTALS of these Special Provisions for inspecting, testing, operating, or maintaining <br /> Equipment and materials supplied as part of the Work. Unless otherwise specified, such data <br /> shall be provided at the time the referenced material or Equipment is delivered to the job site. <br /> Contractor shall provide data as specified and include, unless otherwise specified, but not be <br /> limited to shop drawings, erection drawings, reinforcing steel schedules, testing and adjusting <br /> instructions, operations manuals, maintenance procedures, parts lists, and <br /> POE Combined Sewer Main Imp.
