All physical work, including Punch List, is complete and Contractor has completed and fulfilled all contractual obligations except 111 any maintenance of landscaping. All documentation required by the Contract and required by law does not necessarily need to be furnished by the Contractor by this date. Add the following new definition: Interim Punch List: An Interim Punch List is prepared for each progressive release of the License Area on Port of Everett Property or as directed by the Engineer. List of incomplete items of Work and of items of Work that do not conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents shall be completed within 14 calendar days. IRevise Section 1-04.1(4) City-Port Agreement as follows: Delete the sentences that state: (2) The City.Port Agreement expires on the City-Port Agreement Expiration Date. The Contractor must achieve physical completion no later than the City-Port Agreement Expiration Date. and replace with the following sentences: (2) The City-Port Agreement expires on the City-Port Agreement Expiration Date. The Contractor must achieve physical completion no later than the City-Port Agreement Expiration Date. If the City receives extension(s) of the City-Port Agreement Expiration Date, the Contractor will receive the same extension(s) for substantial and/or physical completion, as applicable. The remainder of Section 1-04.1(4) City-Port Agreement is as provided in Addendum #1. Revise the first paragraph of Section 1-5.11(1) Substantial Completion Date to read as follows: All Work must be substantially complete as defined in Section 1-01.3 no laterthan 120 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Supplement Section 1-05.11(2) Final Inspection and Physical Completion Date by adding the following: The Contractor must complete Interim Punch List items within 14 days. The Contractor is required to schedule and complete all other punch list items and repairs and achieve physical completion for all Work prior to the City-Port Agreement Expiration Date.
