Later Phase Eclipse Mill Project <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task 100 Project Management <br /> This task includes all work related to the management, administration, and coordination <br /> of CONSULTANT's and subconsultants activities. In addition, the CONSULTANT shall <br /> coordinate among the CITY and the CONSULTANT project team members as <br /> necessary to conduct the required work and maintain the project schedule. The <br /> CONSULTANT shall manage the project scope, schedule, and budget, under the <br /> following subtasks: <br /> Subtask 100.1 — Project Management <br /> The CONSULTANT shall organize, manage and coordinate the disciplines required <br /> to accomplish the work described. The CONSULTANT shall provide project <br /> management and contract administration services to facilitate efficient progress for <br /> the project scope, schedule and budget including the following subtasks: <br /> 100.1.1 — Project Team Management and Coordination <br /> The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for providing on-going project <br /> management to ensure the project team performs on project tasks of this scope <br /> and has the required information to complete the work <br /> 100.1.2— Monthly Progress Reports <br /> The CONSULTANT shall review project progress and prepare monthly <br /> progress reports. The reports shall outline the work in sufficient detail to easily <br /> evaluate progress of work performed by the CONSULTANT team. Each report <br /> shall include: <br /> 1. A brief narrative describing work completed for the prior month for each <br /> CONSULTANT task/subtask <br /> 2. A brief narrative of work expected to be completed during the next month <br /> for each CONSULTANT task/subtask <br /> 3. Updates to Project Management Plan elements, as necessary <br /> 4. Project completion percentage, including commentary on how existing <br /> schedule compares to the original schedule <br /> 5. Remaining budget <br /> 100.1.3— Project Progress Meetings <br /> The CONSULTANT shall coordinate, schedule and participate in monthly <br /> project progress meetings that will last approximately one (1) hour each to <br /> discuss work progress and updates to the Project Management Plan elements, <br /> data needs and other logistical coordination, The monthly project progress <br /> meeting may be conducted via teleconferencing if mutually agreeable with the <br /> CONSULTANT and the CITY. <br /> Coordination meetings will initially be held on a bi-weekly basis until permit <br /> documents are completed. Beyond that point, meetings will be held on a <br /> monthly basis. The CONSULTANT staff attendance to the monthly project <br /> progress meetings is assumed as follows: <br /> Project Manager: 18 meetings <br /> Waterfront Planner/Engineer: 18 meetings <br />
