The CONSULTANT's Project Manager shall coordinate with the CITY's <br /> Project Manager to prepare the meeting agenda and to identify key <br /> Consultant staff who will participate. <br /> 2. The CONSULTANT shall record, prepare and distribute the meeting notes, <br /> including a list of action items. The meeting notes shall be organized with <br /> the agenda topics. <br /> 100.1.4— Project Schedule <br /> The CONSULTANT shall prepare a detailed project schedule consistent with <br /> the tasks outlined in the scope of work using Microsoft Project. The <br /> CONSULTANT shall update the schedule, as necessary, and include in the <br /> monthly progress report. <br /> Subtask 100.2— Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control <br /> The CONSULTANT shall implement a quality management plan to provide ongoing <br /> review throughout the life of the contract. The CONSULTANT shall provide quality <br /> assurance to support adequate administration, accounting, scheduling, <br /> communication, planning, and engineering procedures leading to the deliverable <br /> products, including work performed by subconsultants. <br /> QA/QC review will initially be performed by the CONSULTANT senior engineers in <br /> their subject discipline and the Project Manager. The Principal in Charge will provide <br /> final QA/QC prior to submitting deliverables to the CITY. The QA/QC effort will be <br /> scaled, as applicable, based on the nature, complexity and associated risks of the <br /> deliverable. <br /> Task 200 Survey <br /> Subtask 200.1 —Topographic and Boundary Survey (Core Deign) <br /> The CONSULTANT shall perform topographic and boundary survey to support the <br /> analysis and design of the proposed improvements. CONSULTANT shall perform <br /> the following tasks: <br /> • Collect all available surveys, plans, design data, utility drawings and record <br /> construction drawings from CITY staff and perform necessary research to <br /> obtain record of surveys, plats, ROW Maps and adjacent property legal <br /> descriptions. <br /> • Research horizontal and vertical control information to establish project <br /> meridian on the Washington State coordinate system and vertical datum on <br /> NAVD88. <br /> • Perform control survey sufficient to establish topographic mapping points and <br /> locate right of way, property lines and easements within the project limits. <br /> • Obtain the services of a private utility locator. <br /> • Perform topographic and bathymetric survey of project extents. <br /> • Prepare right-of-way and topographic basemap in AutoCAD.dwg format. <br />
