The CONSULTANT's Project Manager shall coordinate with the CITY's Project Manager to prepare the meeting agenda and to identify key Consultant staff who will participate. 2. The CONSULTANT shall record, prepare and distribute the meeting notes, including a list of action items. The meeting notes shall be organized with the agenda topics. 100.1.4— Project Schedule The CONSULTANT shall prepare a detailed project schedule consistent with the tasks outlined in the scope of work using Microsoft Project. The CONSULTANT shall update the schedule, as necessary, and include in the monthly progress report. Subtask 100.2— Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control The CONSULTANT shall implement a quality management plan to provide ongoing review throughout the life of the contract. The CONSULTANT shall provide quality assurance to support adequate administration, accounting, scheduling, communication, planning, and engineering procedures leading to the deliverable products, including work performed by subconsultants. QA/QC review will initially be performed by the CONSULTANT senior engineers in their subject discipline and the Project Manager. The Principal in Charge will provide final QA/QC prior to submitting deliverables to the CITY. The QA/QC effort will be scaled, as applicable, based on the nature, complexity and associated risks of the deliverable. Task 200 Survey Subtask 200.1 —Topographic and Boundary Survey (Core Deign) The CONSULTANT shall perform topographic and boundary survey to support the analysis and design of the proposed improvements. CONSULTANT shall perform the following tasks: • Collect all available surveys, plans, design data, utility drawings and record construction drawings from CITY staff and perform necessary research to obtain record of surveys, plats, ROW Maps and adjacent property legal descriptions. • Research horizontal and vertical control information to establish project meridian on the Washington State coordinate system and vertical datum on NAVD88. • Perform control survey sufficient to establish topographic mapping points and locate right of way, property lines and easements within the project limits. • Obtain the services of a private utility locator. • Perform topographic and bathymetric survey of project extents. • Prepare right-of-way and topographic basemap in AutoCAD.dwg format.
