Later Phase Eclipse Mill Project <br /> The CONSULTANT shall update the 60% level design plans that had been developed in <br /> August of 2012, to reflect updates to the program per the direction of the CITY. The 60% <br /> level design plans shall show an accumulation of details, identify specific locations and <br /> quantities with no alternative designs. It shall provide a complete picture of all aspects of <br /> the project so that a thorough design and constructability review can be performed. In <br /> addition, the CONSULTANT shall prepare outline specifications and an engineer's <br /> construction cost estimate for the project. <br /> Subtask 600.1 —Prepare 60% Level Design Plans <br /> The 60% level design plans shall be prepared at a horizontal scale of 1 inch = 20 <br /> feet and a vertical scale of 1 inch = 5 feet when printed on full size plan sheets (22 <br /> inch x 34 inch). Details shall be prepared at an appropriate scale needed to illustrate <br /> critical items in a clear manner. The Draft 60% level design plans shall contain the <br /> following anticipated sheets list: <br /> 1. Cover Sheet including Vicinity Map and Drawing Index (1 sheet) <br /> 2. Legend and abbreviations (1 sheet) <br /> 3. Existing Conditions Survey <br /> 4. Site Preparation Plan <br /> 5. TESC Plan <br /> 6. Upland Design (2 Sheets) <br /> 7. Trail Improvements (4 sheets) <br /> • 8. Trail Section and Details (1 sheet) <br /> • 9. Site Restoration and Landscape Plans, Details and Quantity Estimate (3 <br /> • <br /> • sheets) <br /> • <br /> 10. Wetland Mitigation Planting Plans (2 sheets) <br /> 11. CSO Outfall <br /> 12. Shoreline Stabilization Plan & Sections <br /> 13. Shoreline Stabilization Details <br /> 14. Viewpoint/Landing Pier Plan and Details <br /> 15. Gangway Plan and Details <br /> 16. Floating Dock Plan and Details <br /> 17. Debris Barrier Plan and Details <br /> 18. Boardwalk Plan and Details <br /> 600.1.1 Upland Design <br /> Update and revise waterfront trail alignment, grading, drainage, and provide <br /> access/connection to new viewing platform. Provide layout and coordinate with <br /> KPFF on grading for new viewpoint and landing area, incorporating same with <br /> planned trail circulation system. Amenities for viewing platform will include <br /> railings, benches, and directional/regulatory signage. Base plans will assume the <br /> designed, but not yet built, park improvements as shown in the Shelter Holdings <br /> permitted plans dated February 2020. Provide planting plans and wetland <br /> mitigation planting plans for impacts associated with trail development set back <br /> from river's edge and through wetland. No irrigation plans anticipated. <br /> 600.1.2 TESC & Site Preparation (KPFF) <br />
