Later Phase Eclipse Mill Project <br /> Subtask 600.3— Prepare 60% Level Design Plan Engineer's Construction Cost <br /> Estimate <br /> The CONSULTANT shall prepare an engineer's construction cost estimate for the <br /> project using quantities derived from the 60% level design plans and unit costs <br /> based on recent contracts, if applicable and available. <br /> DELIVERABLES: <br /> 1. One (1) set of half-size 60% Plans in PDF format <br /> 2. 60% engineer's construction cost estimate (Excel) <br /> 3. 60% Special Provisions (Word). <br /> 4. Draft Stormwater Memorandum <br /> ASSUMPTIONS: <br /> 1. Structural design will be designed to Life and Safety standards, not seismic design. <br /> 2. Design of Structures is based on the design from 2012 with sheet piles, Evaluation <br /> of other options can be provided however the scope does not include design of <br /> alternative concepts for the viewpoint foundation. <br /> 3. The CITY will prepare front end and Division 1 Specifications. <br /> 4. Permit-approved plans from Shelter Holdings project will be provided in pdf and <br /> AutoCAD format. <br /> 5. Review comments from all reviewers will be provided in a single consolidated set. <br /> 6. Lighting will not be provided for the trail. <br /> 7. Contract specifications will be in CSI format. <br /> 8. The CITY will provide relevant as-built records from utility companies and agencies. <br /> 9. The CITY is responsible for securing the necessary agreements with existing utilities <br /> and other entities, both public and private, whose facilities are affected by the <br /> Project. The Consultant shall provide necessary data to the CITY for its agreement <br /> negotiation with utilities companies and agencies. <br /> 10. The CITY has repaired damage sustained to the existing CSO outfall under a <br /> separate contract and will provide the as-built documents, once available, to the <br /> CONSULTANT to support the design of the extension. <br /> 11.Wetland Mitigation will be provided on site. <br /> Task 700 -90% Design Development and Plans Specifications and Estimate <br /> (KPFF, MacLeod Reckord & BlueCoast) <br /> The CONSULTANT shall develop the 90% level design plans from previous work <br /> completed in the 60% design phase and the project environmental and permitting <br /> processes. The CONSULTANT shall review and provide written responses to CITY <br /> comments on the 90% level design plan submittal and the project environmental and <br /> permitting processes. <br /> Subtask 700.1 —Prepare 90% Level Design Plans <br /> The CONSULTANT shall develop 90% level design plans, as defined in task subtask <br /> 600. Plans shall be prepared to current CITY standards and other reference <br /> documents. <br />
