Parking.Thank you for revising the parking stall configuration however the <br /> revised plan does not show how the parking stalls will be accessed. Access <br /> to required parking stalls shall be constructed of a durable surface such as <br /> concrete, pavers, asphalt,etc. (gravel is prohibited). Please revise the site <br /> plan such that it shows how the required parking stalls will be accessed and <br /> the width and material the driveway shall be constructed of. Adjust the <br /> impervious calculations accordingly.Alternatively,you can shift the parking <br /> stalls to the rear property line such that they're still located completely on- <br /> site but accessed directly from the alley. Note:for questions regarding <br /> permitted driveway/parking surfaces, please contact Public Works at <br /> 425.257.8810, option 6. <br /> 2. Height.
