INTERWEST <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />INC. <br />April 16, 2019 <br />RE: 2320 Railway Ave, Everett WA — Interwest Construction Inc. — Contractor Yard <br />To whom it may concern, <br />Interwest Construction Inc. has begun construction on their 2320 Railway Ave property under <br />their approved fill and grade permit with the City of Everett. That the construction will include <br />placement of crushed material on site as fill. Part of that fill will consist of crushed material that <br />will be crushed on site. As a construction activity for site development, the crushing is exempt <br />under the City's noise ordinance, subject to limits on hours of operation. <br />• Quoting from the City of Everett Noise Administration I Everett, WA - Official Website <br />(www.everettwa.gov/1545/Noise-Administration)," Noise from temporary construction <br />sites is not allowed 1 OPM — 7AM weekdays, 6:0OPM — 8:OOAM weekends unless a <br />variance has been issued. During the hours that temporary construction noise is allowed <br />there is not a decibel limit. <br />The construction activity will take place during the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru <br />Friday. 8:00am to 5:00pm on Weekends as needed. The construction is expected to last until <br />May 1st 2022.
