I City of Everett Engineering/Permit Services, 425-257-7813 <br />DATE: 11 /2/2018 <br />SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br />PROPOSAL: Permit to fill site to approximate subgrade elevations for future contractor yard. <br />LOCATION: 2320 Railway Ave <br />Responses to Review Comments are in red font. <br />PERMIT #: PW 1807-046 Nov. ff, 2018 <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br />revisions should be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br />Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br />accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br />regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br />Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at SFandler@everettwa.gov (or 425-257-7813), or <br />the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these comments <br />are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant <br />team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or the Planning <br />Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br />a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br />once all requested revisions have been made: <br />i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter (and included herein for your <br />use upon resubmittal). <br />ii. Plans: (2) full size sets of revised plans, plus original City Markups. <br />iii.
