Port of Everett Combined Sewer Main Improvements Environmental Support Landau Associates <br />• On -site Construction Support <br />• Reporting <br />• Project Management. <br />Scope of Services <br />The following sections present LAI's proposed scope and the requested budget for each task. <br />Task 011. Construction Engineering Support <br />This task includes submittal reviews, request -for -information (RFI) response support, and attendance <br />at preconstruction meetings and weekly construction meetings. LAI assumes that the City will lead the <br />submittal review effort, but will request LAI's input for the following seven submittals: <br />• Contractor Site -Specific Health and Safety Plan <br />• Decontamination Plan <br />• Soil Management/Earthwork/Stockpiling Plan <br />• Import Fill Environmental Data Submittals for Gravel Borrow, Foundation Gravel, and Crushed <br />Surface Base Course <br />• Dewatering Plan. <br />In addition to submittal reviews, LAI also budgeted for review of and providing input for two RFIs. <br />LAI will also attend one 1-hour videoconference construction meeting each week between the City <br />and the City's construction contractor (estimated to be scheduled from March through June) and one <br />preconstruction meeting. During construction, a second LAI representative will also attend these <br />weekly construction meetings, but these hours are included in the on -site construction support scope <br />under Task 013. <br />Task 012. Ecology Coordination <br />This task includes coordination with Ecology during implementation of the SGMPs for work conducted <br />within both the K-C Site and the Exxon/ADC Site. LAI anticipates participating in one 1-hour <br />videoconference coordination meeting per week to be attended by the City, LAI, and Ecology Site <br />Mangers for the K-C and Exxon/ADC Sites (Andy Kallus and Jason Cook, respectively). LAI has also <br />budgeted for additional coordination (4 hours at Senior Principal and 12 hours at Senior Associate) for <br />communication of unanticipated conditions and coordination of potential additional actions. <br />Task 013. On -Site Construction Support <br />This task includes observation of construction activities for implementation of the project throughout <br />the duration of excavation activities, and on -site support to coordinate waste characterization and <br />development of disposal facility profiles.
