I (b) Supplemental Bidder Responsibility Criteria: RCW 39.04.350(3). In addition to the mandatory bidder responsibility criteria above,the Bidder must also meet the supplemental bidder responsibility criteria listed below. Further, the apparent I low Bidder and the second apparent low Bidder must submit the Bidder's Qualifications Statement(Section 004513) and any other documentation listed below to the City Clerk within 2 business days after the bid opening,unless the City's project manager in writing allows additional time. The Subcontractor listed in Part B of Section 004336 (Proposed Subcontractors Form) as the Waterway and I Marine Subcontractor must satisfy both of the following requirements: I (1) For at least the five (5) years prior to Bid opening, the Waterway and Marine Subcontractor must have been in the business of actively and directly I constructing float system projects complying with all permit conditions with its own forces.
