I <br /> Section 00 2113 <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> float system installation portion of at least two (2) <br /> float system installations of 100 LF or larger. <br /> If Bidder listed itself as the Waterway and Marine Subcontractor, <br /> then Bidder itself must satisfy both of the above requirements with I <br /> its own forces. <br /> c. Documentation: The Bidder shall submit the Bidder's Qualifications Statement as <br /> provided in Section 004513. The City may also use independent sources of <br /> information that may be available to demonstrate whether the Bidder is in <br /> compliance with these criteria. <br /> d. Evaluation: In evaluating whether these criteria are met, the City may check <br /> references for the previous projects and may evaluate the project owner's <br /> assessment of the Bidder's performance, including but not limited to the <br /> following areas: <br /> • Quality control; <br /> • Safety record; <br /> • Timeliness of performance; <br /> • Use of skilled personnel; <br /> • Management of subcontractors; <br /> • Availability of and use of appropriate equipment; <br /> • Compliance with contract documents; <br /> • Management of submittals process, change orders, <br /> and close-out. <br /> 2. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting <br /> a. Criterion: The Bidder shall have attended a mandatory pre-bid <br /> meeting in accordance with Section 002513. <br /> b. Documentation: The Bidder shall have attended and signed the <br /> sign-in sheet at a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Failure to have <br /> signed the sign-in sheet results in automatic bid rejection. <br /> 3. Procedure , <br /> a. Requests for Criteria Modification. A Bidder may request that <br /> City modify the supplemental bidder responsibility criteria listed <br /> above. This request must be in writing to the City project <br /> manager and must be received by the City project manager at <br /> least ten business days before the bid opening. The City project <br /> manager will evaluate the information submitted by the Bidder <br /> and will respond within three business days after receipt of the <br /> Rotary Park Renovation 6 of 11 <br /> I <br />
