In most <br /> cases,both sides of the access road shall be marked.Where long drives are to be marked,the <br /> repetitions shall alternate sides of the drive. <br /> 5. Marking shall also include the addition of metal signs stating"NO PARKING—FIRE LANE—TOW <br /> AWAY ZONE"to be installed at intervals or locations designated by the fire code official.The <br /> signs shall be approximately 12 inches in width and 18 inches in height and have red letters on a <br /> white background.Metal signs shall be installed on either 2 inch metal pipes,for private <br /> property,or treated 4 inch by 4 inch wood posts,for public property,and shall be located so <br /> that the bottom of the sign is a minimum of 7 feet above the curb.Where fire lanes are adjacent <br /> to buildings or structures and when approved or directed by the fire code official,the signs may <br /> be placed on the face of the building or structure. <br /> 112 <br /> (ge5of..6%) <br /> Project No.REVII19-011,REVI19-007 <br /> EVERETT <br />
