Actual labor will be charged. <br /> *In the event of an increase of any suppliers' list price for any individual material and/or equipment of more than <br /> 3% after entering into this SOW, Black Box shall provide the Customer with notice of such increase as well as <br /> details as to the suppliers' list price increase prior to ordering such materials and/or equipment, and the parties <br /> may execute a change order to re-price and account for the increase.
