SCOPE OF WORK (continued) <br /> • Parametrix will use land use-based estimates for the hydrologic and pollutant loading impacts.This will <br /> include a statistical analysis s of the impacts of climate change on the watershed based on University of <br /> Washington Study' <br /> • For all Ecology submittals(grant deliverables, Permit submittals, etc.), Parametrix will submit documents <br /> to the City, and the City will submit the documents to Ecology. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Draft prioritization scoring methodology narrative and list data sets used (anticipated grantdeliverable) <br /> • Response to Ecology prioritization methodology comments(anticipated grantdeliverable) <br /> • Draft Prioritization matrix summarizing investment needed to meet water quality basin goals, projected <br /> pollutant reductions, review of impacts to overburdened communities, and future land use variables. <br /> • One 2-hour meeting to review prioritization matrix and results. <br /> • Receiving Water Prioritization and results memorandum, including list of high-priority catchment area(s) <br /> and online GIS interface(anticipated grantdeliverable) <br /> • Final Watershed Prioritization technical memorandum and matrix in Microsoft Word and PDF electronic <br /> file formats. <br /> Task 2D. Public Outreach <br /> The public outreach is envisioned to be transparent and open,with channels of communication with relevant <br /> community stakeholders to give full consideration of their views and concerns in the prioritization process.A <br /> matrix of costs, potential disproportionate burdens, and advantages on portions of the community, projected <br /> pollutant reductions, benefits to receiving waters,and other environmental and public health benefits will be <br /> prepared.The public engagement of interested stakeholders and residents will gather feedback and will include <br /> that feed back into the development of Task 2. <br /> This task includes development of a draft public involvement plan.
