SCOPE OF WORK (continued) <br /> • How will the SMAP be developed? <br /> • What are the community benefits of the SMAP? <br /> • Who is developing the SMAP? <br /> • Identify and initiate collaboration with stakeholders <br /> • Map basin demographics and location of historically disadvantaged groups, as well as analysis of <br /> languages spoken in in up to five basins. <br /> • Provide tools for outreach corresponding to the schedule milestones.These tools can be produced in <br /> multiple languages.The tools will support educational campaigns and participatory activities that <br /> proactively inform community members about the SMAP and provide opportunities to share local knowledge <br /> in the basins. Example of tools: <br /> • Web-based story maps <br /> • Infographics <br /> • Post Cards <br /> • Videos (City YouTube/Everett Channel) <br /> • Social Media (City accounts), such as Facebook and Newsflash content <br /> • City of Everett Web Site content <br /> • Neighborhood Signage <br /> • Bus Ads <br /> • Open houses <br /> • Interviews/focus groups <br /> • Plan should identify how the success of the community engagement effort will be measured and reported. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Parametrix will coordinate with City communications staff throughout the development of the plan and <br /> implementation of outreach activities. <br /> • Parametrix will implement public outreach with the City's approval. <br /> • All outreach tools will be approved by the City. <br /> • The City will provide available data on current public outreach programs,web sites, surveys, participation <br /> records, etc. <br /> • For budgeting purposes, it is assumed that: <br /> • Up to two Parametrix staff will attend up to 4 outreach events(open houses, focus groups, or other <br /> events). <br /> • Up to two Parametrix staff shall prepare for and attend up to 4 briefings with Council or other City <br /> commissions. <br /> • Up to two Parametrix staff will spend up to 8 hours of time engaging directly with stakeholders. <br /> • One Web-based story map <br /> City of Everett 556-1844-827 <br /> Stormwater Management Action Plan(SMAP) 6 December2021 <br /> Scope of Work <br />
