SMM Garden Everett December 5, 2019 <br /> • Keep runoff velocities low. <br /> • Retain sediment on-site. <br /> • Thoroughly monitor site and maintain all TESC measures. <br /> • Schedule major earthwork during the dry season. <br /> Element#13—Protection of Lid BMP's <br /> During the construction of the single-family residence project all proposed BMP's on-site shall <br /> fully comply with the county's regulations for Element#13. Sediments are not to enter the <br /> proposed dispersal trench with notched board system. These BMP's must be cleared of <br /> sediments or replaced as necessary to ensure their proper performance. <br /> Construction Sequence: <br /> 1. Prior to any construction or development activity, a pre-construction meeting must be held and <br /> erosion control specialist to attend. <br /> 2. Flag clearing limits. <br /> 3. Install stabilized construction entrance before entering site with heavy equipment. <br /> 4. Install silt fence/wattles as indicated on the S.W.P.P.P. plan. <br /> 5. Clear and grub areas of the site to be rough graded or filled. <br /> 6. Rough grade site and install storm conveyance system. <br /> 7. Install remaining utilities. <br /> 8. Finish grade site and construct building foundation and access drives. <br /> 9. Amend soils per BMP T5.13. <br /> 10. Complete site stabilization in accordance with grading and landscape plans. <br /> 11. Clean storm drainage system,on and off site,of all sediment and debris. Remove excess <br /> sediment from vault. <br /> 12. All temporary erosion and sediment control measures shall be removed within 30 days after <br /> final site stabilization is achieved or after the temporary BMP's are no longer needed.Trapped <br /> sediment shall be removed or stabilized on site. Disturbed soil areas resulting from removal shall <br /> be permanently stabilized. <br /> Financial/Ownership Responsibilities <br /> 1. St Mary Magdalen Parish-Everett is responsible for all bonds etc. <br /> 2. St Mary Magdalen Parish-Everett or his construction representative is responsible for <br /> construction related questions. <br />
