Stormwater <br /> shall be managed in accordance with the stormwater standards in effect at the time a <br /> complete building permit application,or other type of construction permit application, <br /> is received by the City. <br /> d) Adequate fire protection and hydrants to City Standards. <br /> Finding: A residential sprinkler system in compliance with the requirements of <br /> NFPA Standard 13D is required for Lot 8 due to excessive access distance. A fire <br /> alarm is recommended at the existing house due to excessive access distance.
