Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br /> accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at SFandler@everettwa.gov(or 425-257-7813), or <br /> the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question.Please note that these comments <br /> are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil)plans only. The applicant <br /> team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or the Planning <br /> Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br /> a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br /> onq all requested revisions have been made_ <br /> j i. Transmittal Sheet: (1)available at the Permit Counter(and included herein for your <br /> use upon resubmittal). <br /> Jii. Plans: (2) sets of revised plans, stamped, signed, and dated with current dates. <br /> These will be the sets for permit issuance. We will stamp and collect signatures <br /> upon receipt. <br /> iii. Note: The following items are approved and are noted for reference only: <br /> • Drainage Report: Approved, no action needed. <br /> • Operation&Maintenance Manual: Approved, no action needed. <br /> • SWPPP Report: Approved, no action needed. <br /> C�C iv. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for drainage and utility easement with <br /> l J socc9 legal description and exhibit attached for review. Signing of this form must be <br /> OC notarized and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically done at the <br /> time of permit issuance for convenience to the owner. <br /> v. Performance Guarantee: (1) copy of the performance guarantee in one of the <br /> following forms (cash deposit, assignment of funds, bond) shall be turned in prior <br /> to issuance of permits.
