City staff activities required to complete tasks are noted where applicable. <br /> Scope assumptions applicable to the overall project are described below. <br /> Project-level Assumptions: <br /> • All deliverables will be delivered in electronic formats, with no printed copies. Bid documents <br /> will be digitally signed and sealed. <br /> • The City's PM will coordinate location for, and City staff participation in project meetings and <br /> workshops where noted. <br /> • Unless otherwise specified, meetings and workshops will be held virtually. <br /> • City PM will provide timely, consolidated staff review comments on draft work products. City <br /> review periods will be identified in project schedules. <br /> • Mileage for in person meetings and site visits are budgeted assuming the visits are to the <br /> Port Gardner site. <br /> • Meeting agendas and notes will be prepared by BC. <br /> • The City will provide any available plans, construction records, asset information, operational <br /> data, and related information that was not provided during development of the PGSF Facility <br /> Plan, and provide access to plant staff for workshops and interviews. <br /> • The draft scope does not include a detailed seismic evaluation,with the exception of review <br /> of an existing City seismic study to develop prioritization recommendations on potential <br /> seismic improvements. <br /> • Past studies and reports, including condition assessments,form the basis on which this <br /> scope of work has been planned. Discovery of new, unforeseeable, or latent issues <br /> associated with the existing site and facilities as uncovered through additional data <br /> collection (Phase 210) may result in need for project plan, scope, and budget changes. It is <br /> assumed that structures to be reused as described herein are salvageable in their current <br /> form without foundation improvements or major structural modifications and support. <br /> • For budgeting purposes, it's assumed the duration of the overall Project will be January 2022 <br /> through December 2024.The actual project schedule and schedule updates will be <br /> 2 <br />
