Port Gardner Storage Facility Scope of Work 1-06-22 <br /> • Perform readability reviews for documents by technical editors. <br /> • Perform discipline design reviews for all drawings and documents produced by a discipline. <br /> • Perform reviews by facility leads for all discipline drawings and documents associated with <br /> each facility. <br /> • Conduct independent calculations review by experienced senior engineers. <br /> • Design package review of documents issued for milestone reviews (BODR, Preliminary, <br /> Intermediate, Final, Bid Set). <br /> • QA/QC reviews will be documented with markup documents and/or comment logs for record- <br /> keeping. <br /> • Verify that QA/QC reviewers concur with work products. Maintain written documentation of <br /> QA/QC reviews and written responses. <br /> • Set up and administer Bluebeam Studio cloud based document review for, concurrent review <br /> by City staff. Studio session will be prefaced by project training to City reviewers. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Review and provide comments on draft QMP. <br /> • Provide coordinated and consolidated collection of review comments and resolution of any <br /> conflicting comments from the City reviewers prior to returning to the design team. <br /> • Participate in the review process and provide independent review of products. <br /> Work Products <br /> • Quality Management Plan (QMP), draft and Final. <br /> • Collection and storage of QA/QC documentation as required by the QMP. <br /> • Responses and backcheck of alterations made for City's review comments tabulated in an <br /> Excel worksheet. <br /> Phase 130 - CSO Control Advisory Panel <br /> Objective: Provide expert review of the CSO control concepts and alternatives during project phases. <br /> The panel will take a long-term view of facility purposes, including changes to regulations (e.g., CSO <br /> requirements,treatment considerations)to review design criteria and provide value engineering style <br /> recommendations to facilitate decision-making that maximizes flexibility and brings innovation to <br /> make the most of the City's investment. <br /> Activities/Approach:This task includes the following activities: <br /> • Review concepts and alternatives analysis recommendations. <br /> • Participate in QA activities at each design gate. <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> • Coordination with the CSO Advisory Panel will occur virtually throughout this project phase. <br /> • Task is limited to budget; however, City staff will have access to CSO Advisory Panel <br /> throughout project. Unanticipated effort beyond the scope may be necessary to support the <br /> City's overall goals. Project change requests (PCRs)will be completed and budget identified if <br /> needs exceed assumptions. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Participate in up to 5 workshops with the City throughout the project virtually. 1) Initial <br /> Concepts Review, 2)Alternatives Analysis and PDR Review, 3) Demolition Package Review, 4) <br /> 5 <br />
