Port Gardner Storage Facility Scope of Work 1-06-22 <br /> • Develop a short technical memo detailing the findings of the structural and process <br /> mechanical condition assessment of the neutralization basins. <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> • Geotechnical and survey work products will be provided in a digital format. <br /> • Subconsultants and BC condition assessment staff will have access to the site as necessary <br /> to complete worked described under Phase 210. <br /> • North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD 88) will serve as the standard project datum. <br /> • All confined space entry plans, permits, and equipment are the responsibility of BC and the <br /> subconsultants. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Provide the necessary staffing and resources to support field work conducted by BC and <br /> subconsultants. <br /> • City to jet pipelines prior to condition inspection. Pipeline inspection assumes less than 10% <br /> or less of blockage/mud/debris. <br /> • Review draft and final geotechnical report. <br /> • Review pipeline condition assessment report. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Two site visits by geotechnical subconsultant and one BC staff member. <br /> • Two site visits by survey subconsultant and one BC staff member. <br /> • Two site visits by pipeline investigation subconsultant and one BC staff member. <br /> • Two site visits by BC structural and process mechanical leads. <br /> • Two site visits by material testing subconsultant. <br /> Work Products <br /> • Draft geotechnical report for submittal to the City for review and comment. <br /> • Final geotechnical report addressing comments from the City and Design team. <br /> • Surveyor to provide electronic drawing files with surveyor's sign and seal. Electronic <br /> deliverables to include 2D base map and 3D surface DRM of the Kimberly-Clark site. <br /> • 3D point cloud and model of existing conditions. <br /> • Pipeline inspection condition assessment report. <br /> • Test reports from material testing subconsultant. <br /> • 5 to 10 page Technical Memo outlining the details of the structural and process mechanical <br /> neutralization basin condition assessment. <br /> Phase 220 - Demolition Alternatives Analysis <br /> Objective Establish the basis for project elements prior to proceeding into the basis of design phase. <br /> The demolition Alternatives Analysis solidifies the site demolition plan so that design can move <br /> forward with clear focus and mutual understanding to avoid rework.The existing PGSF Facility Plan <br /> will serve as a reference to inform the alternatives reviewed under this phase. In addition, BC will <br /> collaborate with the City planning team to establish demolition design criteria for each discipline and <br /> conduct cost benefit analyses that include capital, 0&M, risks, and benefits. <br /> 9 <br />
