Port Gardner Storage Facility Scope of Work 1-06-22 <br /> • Participate in Demolition Basis of Design review workshop. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Demolition BODR workshop <br /> • Demolition BODR/PDR review workshop <br /> Work Products <br /> • Demolition Basis of Design Report <br /> • Demolition drawing list <br /> • Demolition specifications list <br /> Phase 240 - Demolition Final Design <br /> Objective: Develop final design package for the demolition activities required to support construction <br /> of the Port Gardner Storage Facility. The demolition design documents developed during this phase <br /> will be based on recommendations and design criteria from Phase 230 Demolition Basis of Design. <br /> The design documents will identify existing equipment and structures to be either demolished or <br /> abandoned in place prior to the start of facility construction. Demolition documents will include 2D <br /> CAD drawings and photos detailing site demolition. <br /> Activities/Approach:This task includes the following activities: <br /> • Develop final demolition design drawings identifying the selective site demolition. <br /> • Develop demolition specification sections. <br /> • Submit final (90%)demolition design package to the City. <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> • Design drawings will be prepared in 2D AutoCAD using existing record drawings as <br /> backgrounds, as available. <br /> • Where appropriate, 3D model elements from laser scanning and post-processing will be used <br /> to produce 2D isometrics,section cuts, and details. <br /> • The Consultant design drawings will integrate photo detail pages into the record drawing set <br /> to clarify facility demolition. <br /> • Technical specifications will be prepared in Division 50 CSI master format using BC <br /> standards. <br /> • Until geotechnical and structural investigations in Phase 210 and subsequent phases are <br /> completed, it is assumed for scoping purposes that foundation design improvements are not <br /> required for existing structures to be re-purposed (neutralization basins, aeration basins, <br /> clarifiers). <br /> • Work products will be electronic only. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Review and provide comment on draft design documents. <br /> • Provide General and Supplementary Conditions, Instructions for Bidders, and other"Front <br /> End"specifications and contract documents included in Division 0. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Demolition final design workshop <br /> • Demolition Final Design review workshop <br /> 12 <br />
