Port Gardner Storage Facility Scope of Work 1-06-22 <br /> execute all contract forms. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Pre-bid meeting <br /> Work Products <br /> • Bid (100%)demolition design drawings <br /> • Bid (100%)technical specifications <br /> • Conformed 3D models <br /> Phase 260 - Cost Estimating <br /> Objective: Develop cost estimates in accordance with the Association for the Advancement of Cost <br /> Engineering International (AACEI)for the following phases of the demolition package design: <br /> • Basis of Design <br /> • Final Design <br /> • Bid Documents and Procurement <br /> Activities/Approach:This task includes the following activities: <br /> • Develop AACEI Class 4 construction cost estimate based on the Demolition Basis of Design <br /> Report. <br /> • Develop AACEI Class 1 construction cost estimate based on the final demolition design (90%) <br /> documents. <br /> • Develop AACEI Class 1 construction cost estimate based on demolition bid documents <br /> (100%). <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> • AACEI Class 4 estimate assumes a range of-30%to +50% based on demolition basis of <br /> design documents. <br /> • AACEI Class 1 estimate assumes a range of-10%to +15% based on 90% demolition design <br /> documents <br /> • AACEI Class 1 Bid construction cost estimate will update AACE Class 1 estimate for the final <br /> design for any revisions made between 90%final design and the bid (100%) documents. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Review demolition package cost estimating Basis of Estimate Report and AACEI estimates <br /> developed during each design phase. <br /> Meetings <br /> • No meetings are included under this phase. <br /> Work Products <br /> • Cost estimates developed from the following demolition design phases: <br /> o Basis of Design <br /> o Final Design <br /> o Bid Documents <br /> 14 <br />
