Port Gardner Storage Facility Scope of Work 1-06-22 <br /> design, and preliminary design phases.This phase will include preparation of workshop <br /> presentation materials, agendas, notes/summaries, and attendance. <br /> BIM/CAD Management <br /> • Define project CAD software standards, graphics standards,file naming conventions and <br /> standards, and revision/iteration control. Document standards in a CAD Standards TM. <br /> • Develop BIM Execution Plan (BXP)to guide the use of BIM tools over the life of the project. <br /> Define project goals and BIM objectives, organizational roles and responsibilities, execution <br /> process workflows, collaboration procedures and platforms, and model and drawing QC <br /> procedures. <br /> • As part of the development of the CAD Standards TM and BXP, conduct a workshop with the <br /> City to confirm approach will meet City's expectations. <br /> • Implement and manage CAD Standards and BXP through the duration of the design. <br /> • Conduct internal coordination meetings with BIM/CAD production team. <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> • City will accept a hybrid CAD standard that includes applicable City standards and BC <br /> standards to accommodate the use of BIM tools and 3D design. <br /> • Consultant will develop the site design in six phases: Alternatives Analysis, Basis of Design, <br /> Preliminary Design, Intermediate Design, Final Design, and Bid Documents. Intermediate <br /> Design through Bid Documents will be added by amendment following completion of <br /> Preliminary Design. <br /> • Workshops are assumed to be two hour meetings held virtually via MS Teams. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Participate in site visit and workshops. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Two site visits to verify field conditions. Assume 10 staff conduct two site visits each for 8 <br /> hours per visit. <br /> • Site Design workshops: <br /> o Review/refresh of proposed alternatives <br /> o Neutralization basin/debris removal evaluation/selection,flushing system, <br /> operations and electrical building <br /> o Stormwater- Equalization, debris removal, and treatment alternatives <br /> o Electrical system <br /> o CSO/stormwater yard piping,stormwater- EQ, debris removal, &treatment <br /> evaluation and selection,site plan and utilities <br /> o Basis of design report review <br /> o Effluent pumping and other pumping systems <br /> o Aeration basin and clarifier storage <br /> o Operations and electrical building <br /> o Site civil and site stormwater systems <br /> o Future flexibility review, construction package <br /> o Preliminary design review <br /> 16 <br />
