Port Gardner Storage Facility Scope of Work 1-06-22 <br /> • Work products will be electronic. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Review and provide comments on preliminary design documents. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Workshops and internal meetings covered under Phase 300. <br /> Work Products <br /> • Preliminary(30%) design <br /> • Design memorandum <br /> • CAD files of preliminary designs. <br /> Phase 350 -Stormwater Storage and Treatment Preliminary Design <br /> Objective: Complete the preliminary(30 percent) design of recommended stormwater improvements <br /> inclusive of preliminary design drawings, specifications section needs and cost opinions input. <br /> Activities/Approach: <br /> • Complete preliminary design drawings for the recommended stormwater treatment,that are <br /> expected to consist of: <br /> o Preliminary plan and profile layouts for the recommended storm drain conveyance <br /> piping at the PGSF stormwater treatment facility. <br /> o Plan detail, process schematic,section/elevation, and hydraulic profile layouts for <br /> the recommended stormwater pretreatment, equalization storage, biofiltration <br /> treatment, and discharge piping for connection to the deep-water outfall pipeline. <br /> o Pump station plan and section drawings. <br /> • Prepare a stormwater preliminary design specifications sections list and initial draft of key <br /> stormwater treatment system and pumping system component sections. <br /> • Prepare for and attend five preliminary design coordination meetings with BC and the City for <br /> stormwater design inputs. <br /> • Assist the City with preparation of Ecology Stormwater Financial Assistance Program (SFAP) <br /> application in attempt to secure supporting grant funds for the design and construction of <br /> stormwater improvements that provide retrofit treatment and benefit receiving water quality <br /> and environmental resources <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> • Summarize improvement component quantities and equipment needs (with vendor quotes <br /> as needed)for each alternative as input to BC OPCC cost opinions development for the <br /> stormwater improvements <br /> • A draft and final version of the Stormwater Preliminary Design Memorandum (7 to 10 pages <br /> in length plus figures) will be prepared in response to a single BC and City review and <br /> comment iteration. <br /> • Design development coordination meetings will be 2 hours in duration and will be attended <br /> by 2 HDR stormwater staff and the HDR project manager. <br /> • The Final Stormwater Design Report will be provided with the 30% Design under this task. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> 24 <br />
