The following section <br /> summarizes the geotechnical services during construction scope of work. A full geotechnical scope <br /> of work is included as Attachment A. <br /> • Testing of native site material for possible use on site. <br /> • Observation/testing of footing or compacted aggregate leveling pad for valve vaults. <br /> • Sampling, inspection, and testing of backfill for vaults. <br /> • Review and respond to RFIs and Submittals. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Provide site access, staffing, and resources to support field work conducted by geotechnical <br /> crews. <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> • Imported backfill is sourced from a single site. <br /> • Observation and testingof vault footing will require three partial day site visits. <br /> • Two full day site visits for backfill inspection and testing. <br /> • Geotechnical scope of work assumes review of 4 RFIs and 4 submittals. <br /> • Construction activities associated with the slope stability analysis or slope improvements are not <br /> included in this scope of work. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Three to five geotechnical site visits during construction. <br /> Work Products <br /> • Imported aggregate acceptance test results. <br /> Page 10 of 13 <br />
