• Subconsultants will develop and use their own Safety Plans as well as adhere to BC's and the <br /> City's safety protocol. <br /> Meetings <br /> • Project Kickoff Meeting <br /> • Biweekly PM calls for the duration of Project. <br /> Work Products <br /> • Amend the Protect Management Plan to include Amendment 1 scope of services. <br /> • Monthly progress reports and invoices. <br /> • Submittal of updated project logs as needed to support key activities and decisions (risk register, <br /> action/issue/decision logs). <br /> • Project change request forms as necessary. <br /> • Brief meeting agendas and notes for bi-weekly calls <br /> Task 102 Quality Assurance and Control <br /> Activities/Approach: Develop and implement a quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program to <br /> review calculations and work products from the Project. Based on the QA/QC plan, provide <br /> appropriate calculation and deliverable QA/QC reviews by in-house, senior staff members. Work <br /> products are listed in subsequent tasks. Incorporate internal and Everett review comments to <br /> prepare and complete final work products. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Participate in the review process and provide independent review of products. <br /> Work Products <br /> • None <br /> Task 200 North Corridor Flow Controls Evaluation <br /> Activities/Approach: Determine the preferred North Corridor control scheme and its effect on the <br /> Portal 4 infrastructure. Specific task activities include: <br /> • Review the draft Transmission Analysis report to gain understanding and inform this analysis. <br /> (Comments back to report author (HDR) are not expected). <br /> • Review the Everett Water Transmission and Distribution System Operations and Maintenance <br /> Manual(2002)to inform this analysis. <br /> • Review North Corridor flow controls including in-town reservoir operations, wholesale purveyor <br /> agreements, Panther Creek controls, and Finished Water Pump Station controls. <br /> • Conduct workshop with Plant Staff and TSG group to collect information about North Corridor <br /> operations and operational issues. <br /> • Develop alternatives and recommendations for the North Corridor control scheme. <br /> • Conduct workshop with Plant Staff to review alternatives and recommendations. <br /> • Develop a technical memo summarizing alternatives and recommendations. (10 pages <br /> maximum) <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Provide copy of Transmission Analysis report and Transmission and Distribution Operations and <br /> Maintenance Manual. <br /> • Provide input on alternatives and recommendations. <br /> Page 3 of 13 <br />
